About us
Since 2009 I have been living and working in Seliano, an historic farm that still represents for our community the place and the people who contributed to the reclamation of the Left Sele plain and the agricultural development of the territory.
Since then I dedicate myself with love to this new activity trying to make my guests feel at home and to transmit the deep bond and respect I have for our territory so rich in history and traditions, naturalistic and archaeological resources.
After 11 years of activity under the name of Azienda Bellelli Turismo Rurale, in May 2021 I reopened as a country house with the current name of Casa del Geco. I’m waiting for you together my children Massimino and Teresa, my partner Donatella and our Kida.

Junior Suite (first floor)

Each room can accommodate up to 4 people with an extra charge of € 25.00 per person to be added to the double/twin room rate.
The city tax is 0.75 cents. per person from November to March, 1.50 cents from April to October for the first 7 nights. Exemptions are provided, where applicable. Resolution of the City Council n. 60 of 09/08/2022. The city tax must be paid in cash.
Children up to 2 years pay € 10.00 per day in a cot.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of 10.00 euros for each night.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN ROOM RATES
- Breakfast
- Daily cleaning of the rooms
- Supply and change of bed linens and towels. Linen is changed after the third night of stay. For more frequent changes a supplement is applied
- Air conditioning and heat
- Unattended parking area
Available to guests books about our territory, board games and a large lawn where to relax or to play with children.
The rooms and the common areas have no television, since for us this is a wealth, not a lack!
This place is magical for immersing yourself in reading and other forms of meditation.
CHECK-IN - from 3pm to 6pm but please always communicate your estimated time of arrival.
